The conference rooms can be enlarged to suit your needs by combining the rooms together. Every room is equipped with individual video and audio systems. The best auditorium in Levi

The 435-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art theatrical equipment and a concert-quality sound system forms the cornerstone of the congress centre. With the auditorium you can also take advantage of the 140m2 stage to host a launching of a new car model or to stage a world-class performance. The auditorium can be divided into two separate spaces with movable, soundproof walls. The front part of the auditorium includes 220 fixed seats with worktops. The back of the auditorium can be assembled to seat an audience of 216 people. The back space can also be used as a congress and exhibition venue together with or separate of the auditorium. The space is also suited for showing 3D movies, so private movie screenings are also possible.

Auditoriums Audiovisual technology

The auditorium features an EAW line array speaker system that covers every one of the 435 seats located in the hall. The system is designed to reinforce sound of anything between speech to a live concert. AKG wireless microphone system, consisting of 7 channels, is also located in the auditorium. The system can be used to reinforce the speech of multiple speakers at once enabling a wireless panel discussion. The sound system of the auditorium is controlled by a Yamaha LS9-32 digital mixing console which has versatile features, for example it can be used to record the audio of the conference (ask for more info).

The auditorium also features a wide range of lightning equipment. To light up the stage, the venue offers multiple types of moving heads and spotlights. These lights enable us to create just the right atmosphere with colours, shapes and even movement to suit your needs. The light isn’t just limited to the stage either. The ceiling and walls can be lit up with over 70 LED-lights to create a memorable event. The lights are operated by a Jands Vista T4 console.

The video equipment is controlled by an AMX media management system. The auditorium has 4 projectors. Maximum size of the projected image of a single projector is 4 x 3 m. The stage has a 12x6m projection screen which can fit up to 3 different projections at once. Video input source for the projectors can be changed between computer’s video output, DVD/VHS-player or TV-signal.

The auditorium can be divided in two parts by using a soundproof movable wall. When the auditorium is split, both parts have individual AV-systems.

Levi Summit has a central radio system which allows making announcements and CD/Radio playback. By using the central radio music and announcements can be heard all over the building, where ever they are needed. Levi Summit offers free of charge wireless internet connection.

Samiland and Colours of Lapland exhibitions

Samiland exhibition at Levi

Samiland is a part of the worldwide UNESCO Observatory Cultural Village program. Exhibition is located in the Levi Summit Congress Centre in the Levi ski resort in Kittilä, Lapland.

Samiland includes an indoor exhibition (500m²) and an outdoor exhibition (10,000m²), which present the history and present day of the European Union’s only indigenous people, the Sami.

In the indoor exhibition visitors can study the national costumes and everyday objects of the different Sami groups, which are described and illustrated with pictures. The indoor exhibition also introduces reindeer herding in greater detail. Visitors can read stories about old reindeer herders and observe, in real time, the movements of a reindeer with a GPS transmitter collar.

In the outdoor exhibition visitors follow a 300-metre path, along which different kinds of traditional Sami buildings have been built. The purpose of each building is described in detail. The buildings have been furnished in traditional styles, depicting how Sami people have lived during different periods. The outdoor exhibition also features a fence area where visitors can get close to reindeers and feed them lichen.

Samiland offers guided tours in Finnish and English, with traditional Sami joiku (yoik) singing as an optional extra. Samiland will offer different kinds of seasonal workshops where visitors can learn about Sami handicraft or suopunki (reindeer lasso) throwing.

Colours of Lapland exhibition

Colours of Lapland exhibition takes you to Lappish fell sceneries, to the colours and atmospheres of Lapland and its seasons.The exhibition includes over 100 amazing photos. The photos are of landscapes in the Lappish fells during their differents times of year and day. The exhibition is located in the underground connecting passageway between Hotel Levi Panorama and Event Center Levi Summit. It is open year-round.

Auditorium meeting packages also include the services of the conference host/hostess and auditorium technician, wifi, note pads and pens, ice water and AV-equipment: projector, screen, sound reinforcement (presentation and speach, 7 channels). Please be noted

Auditorium packages are designed for min. 70 persons. Auditorium packages include one technician for 1-8 hours. Auditorium technician tends to the basic technology included in the auditorium rental and makes sure meetings run smoothly. Meetings and events which require special technical readiness and more than one technician are priced separately. The easy-to-use meeting technology of the Auditorium B doesn't require the presence of a technician and basic meeting packages are applied to the room.. For construction and de-rig days we charge 60 % of the daily venue rent. Charges for furniture changes during the event are 300 € / conference room.

Conference registration system

Meeting packages include a conference registration system which allows us to collect all necessary information from the conference participants.

Perched high on the hillside of Levi Fell, Spiella Café & Restaurant is an atmospheric scenic café and restaurant. Overlooking the Levi Fell Village, Spiella showcases panoramic views that carry out to the fells and plains in the distance.
